We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states and US territories. We proudly ship to all APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses. Thank you for your service.
Free shipping
Orders of $50 or more ship free anywhere in the US. Orders under $50 ship at the carrier rate calculated at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days. During launches, holidays, and promotions, processing may take longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery estimates
· US standard: 7 to 14 business days after shipping
· APO/FPO/DPO: timing varies with military mail processing and can take several additional weeks
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Once a package is with the carrier, transit times are outside our control.
Wrong address?
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you catch an error, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] immediately with your order number. We cannot change an address after the order ships, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
Marked delivered but not received?
See our FAQ. Short version: wait 3 business days, check with household members and neighbors, then contact your local carrier with your tracking number. If it still has not surfaced, email us. If you added Sleep Easy shipping protection at checkout, your order is covered for loss, theft, and damage.
